About

As an experienced psychotherapist and the owner of Finding Tiny Joys Counseling, I offer a deeply attuned, compassionate space for people moving through grief, trauma, and life transitions. I understand from clinical and personal experiences that loss and change can feel disorienting and profoundly isolating. I meet clients with warmth, steadiness, and a genuine respect for the complexity of their emotional worlds. This offers clients an opportunity to slow down and engage with their emotions and experiences with depth and intention. These clients are often thoughtful, self-aware individuals, including caregivers, who are navigating bereavement, anticipatory grief, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are highly capable in their daily lives, yet carry a quieter sense of overwhelm, responsibility, or unprocessed loss. The impact of loss and caregiving experiences shapes identity, boundaries, and relationships with oneself and others.

Trained at Lesley University, I bring a relational and trauma-informed lens to my work with an emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and trust. This helps clients gently turn toward what feels most tender at a pace that works for them individually. I prioritize a sense of safety where emotions can be held, understood, and integrated. In our space, clients are invited to reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been overwhelmed, hidden, or forgotten during their loss or transition.

I truly believe that even in the midst of pain, small moments of meaning, connection, and even tiny joys can emerge.
